• Delegated access management for channel managers

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. YouTube API Compliance

MidRollPro uses YouTube API Services. Your use of the Service is subject to the YouTube API Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You represent that your use of YouTube data through our platform complies with YouTube's terms.

5. Delegated Access

The Service includes a delegated access system that allows channel owners to grant managers access to their channel data. By generating an invitation link, you authorize the recipient to view and interact with your channel data within the platform. You may revoke this access at any time through the access management settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to violate YouTube's terms of service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MidRollPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your YouTube content remains your property — we do not claim ownership over your channel data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ad-break recommendations will result in specific revenue outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidRollPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
